We want you to love your purchase from Lys Voile. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.

- Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Hijabs extensions, under scarves,  and inner caps

- clearance items

3. Proof of Purchase

- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.

4. Refund Method

- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. How to Return

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
